Part of a global support team. · Project manager for several IT project rollouts detailed below. · Architected a Windows SharePoint Portal Server environment. The environment consisted of front end load balanced web servers (Microsoft Network Load Balancing) with a fail over clustered SQL back end and stand alone indexing server. ISA server 2004 enabled remote VPN access and reverse proxy for users to the SharePoint Portal Server.

implementation. · Architected and maintain Windows clustered servers using Oracle, MS SQL and IIS along with standard file services. · IPv6 rollout in a production environment. · Implemented a DFS infrastructure on a Windows 2003 Enterprise edition server cluster to assure maximum uptime and enterprise wide flexibility of data management while reducing cost. Total data storage space = 25TB · Deployed a VMWare ESX solution for rapid system availability in a test environment that reduced cost on the amount of hardware based test servers needed for customers. Also deployed Windows Virtual Server. · Architected and deployed several Citrix solutions using Citrix Metaframe XPE and Presentation server to allow external business customers to collaborate with internal businesses. Environment now being retrofitted on Windows 2008 application server. · Developed Fibre Channel HP EVA 6000/8100 SAN solution to address the need for increasing disk space on demand and a better backup capability. · Created automated server build process using Microsoft RIS/WDS to assure rapid server deployment with current service packs and hot fixes built in. · Cold Fusion Server setup and support. · Exchange 2003 support. · Deployed a RRAS VPN solution for external customer access. · Test and implementation of Windows Server 2008 HPC cluster computing farm for Simulia:Abaqus CAD design. · Webmaster for admin team’s homepage that provides among other things information to local and enterprise wide customers on site server’s status and planned outages. · Head of system security for the team.
